While many companies say “we are a family,” ours truly is. Husband and wife team, James and Charelle, founded Clearpoint in 1999. James’ sister, Michelle, founded and runs Clearpoint Creative. Charelle’s sister also works in the business. Most Clearpoint staff are our friends and neighbors as well as co-workers. I worked for three staffing agencies before starting Clearpoint. I saw firsthand what worked and what didn’t. Although I was doing very well, I became increasingly frustrated that no one in the industry was delivering what they promised - consistent, quality service. We don’t sell widgets in this business – ideas and service are everything! So, I launched Clearpoint with a dedication to the highest levels of service, ethics, and care for our clients and employees as our primary focus.

Before I started Clearpoint’s creative division I had a lot of experience meeting the staffing needs of the creative market in Houston. I love working with creatives, and I saw a huge opportunity for a company that delivers the advantages of creative staffing with a higher level of service. I wanted to build a business that distinguished itself through tailored solutions, a personal touch, and win-win relationships. And I knew exactly where to go.
James had already built a successful and respected name in the technology sector. He recognized the opportunity to diversify and share Clearpoint’s commitment with a new segment of skilled professionals. I am so proud of what Clearpoint Creative is today.
