Our job types
Most Clearpoint jobs are one of these types:Contract
- Clearpoint hires you and assigns you to work with one of our clients on a “contract” basis to meet an immediate staffing need.
- Contract jobs can last anywhere from one day to several years.
- Even though they are called "contract jobs," these positions normally do not require you to enter a contract. The term is used simply to differentiate the employment status of contingency staff from the client's employees.
- Sometimes a contract job goes so well that the client may wish to hire you. Clearpoint will help you negotiate salary and other terms with the client.
Contract-to-Hire
- These positions start off like contract jobs, but with the express intent for you to be hired by the client after a period of time.
- You and the client get some time to work together and decide if the position is a good fit for you both.
- If you are considering a contract-to-hire position through Clearpoint, your representative will explain all the details you’ll need to make a decision.
Direct Hire
- Clearpoint account managers have the inside scoop on where to find the best jobs with the best companies in town.
- When we have a position that is a good match for you, we function as your representative in applying for it.
- We walk you through the hiring process, advocate for you, and negotiate salary on your behalf.
